Yes, we will submit the defects to Main Contractor/Developer directly with copy sent to homeowners. This will be part of our three trips package. For one trip packages, we will send the defect report directly to homeowners for them only.
Yes, our reports are recognized in SG Courts and CASE SG.
We also provide lifetime offsite warranty on the defects found in the unit with consultation via whatsapp, and our inspectors.
Our inspection team is CONQUAS certified and trained. The team has a track record of over 5 years.
Yes we have two offices in Singapore. Our headquarters is located at Parklane Mall.
We inspect whole unit architectural, electrical and plumbing items for workmanship, functionality and finishing issues.
